Right: Sun Moon Lake, Nantou County Sun Moon Lake (Ri Yue Tan) in Nantou County is Taiwan's largest natural lake. The lake is quite scenic and is a popular tourist destination with a number of resorts, hotels and campsites around its perimeter. Tzuen Pagoda built by Chiang Kai Shek in honour of his mother sits atop one of the hills surrounding the lake. |
